Welcome to the Fostering Partnership

Thank you for your interest in the Blackburn with Darwen Council Fostering Partnership. This website is designed to help you make an informed decision on whether or not becoming a foster carer may be for you.

The Fostering Partnership will seek to bring about positive change to the lives of children aged 7 to 11, whose life experiences have made them difficult to care for, and who presently must live away from their home.
